Day 1 – Arrive CCU
Meeting and greeting on arrival at Kolkata Airport and transfer to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2 – CCU / Kiul – Overnight train – 3019 dep. 9.45 PM / 5.44 AM
Morning sightseeing tour of Kolkata city. Rest of the afternoon at leisure. Evening transfer to Howrah Railway Station to board overnight train for Kiul.
Day 3 – Kiul – Visit Baijnath Temple
Arrive early in the morning at Kiul Railway Station. Meeting on arrival and continue driving to Deogarh to visit Baijnath temple.
Later after visit continue driving to Bodhgaya for overnight stay. There is no good accommodation available at this small place.
Day 4 – Bodhgaya / Varanasi
Morning visit Buddhist sites at Bodhgaya. Afternoon drive to Varanasi and check in at the hotel.
Day 5 – At Varanasi
Early morning proceed to River Ganges for holy dip and have boat ride.
Temple of Lord Viswanath is situated in Varanasi. Known formerly as Kashi or Benares, this ancient city set on the banks of the river Ganga, is one of the holiest cities in India. This city is said to have been founded by Lord Shiva. Being one of the oldest living and most holy city's in India, Varanasi attracts a lot of tourists.
Day 6 – Varanasi / haridwar – Overnight train – 3009 – 1040 / 0412 daily
Morning after leisurely breakfast transfer to Railway Station to board train for Haridwar. Rest of the day and overnight on board.
Day 7 – Arrive Haridwar / Rishikesh
Arrive and visit Haridwar & Rishikesh.
Day 8 – Rishikesh / Hanuman Chati
Morning after breakfast at the hotel drive to Hanuman Chatti. Check in at Guest House / lodge on arrival. Overnight at the Lodge.
Day 9 – Hanuman Chatti / Yamnoti / Hanujman Chatti
Yamunotri temple is dedicated to Goddess Yamuna
Day 10 – Hanuman Chatti / Uttarkashi
Drive to Uttarkashi and check in at hotel / camp on arrival.
Day 11 – Uttarkashi / Gangotri
TEMPLE GANGOTRI- As legend goes raja Bhagirathi used to worship lord Shiva at the sacred stone near which the temple is located. It is believed that goddess, Ganga first descended to earth from heaven at this stone. Amar Singh Thapa, the Gorkha commander of Garhwal, in the 18th century A.D. constructed his temple. It is also believed that the Pandava come here to perform the great deva yagna to atone the death of their kinsmen in the beetle of MAHABHARATA.12 – Gangotri / Uttarkashi
Day 12 – Uttarkashi / Gaurikund / Kedarnath
Morning drive to Gaurikund and trek to Kedarnath. Check in at hotel / lodge on arrival. Evening Pooja Aasti at the temple. Overnight.
Day 13 – Kedarnath / Gaurikund / Rishikesh
Morning drive to Rishikesh and check in at thehotel.
Day 14 – Rishikesh / Haridwar / Delhi
Morning drive to and check in at the hotel. Afternoon tour of Delhi.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 15 – Delhi / Ahmedabad – Fly Jet Airways flight dep. 6.10 AM / Arrival 7.35 AM -Ahmedabad / Dwarka– Drive – 8 hours
Early morning transfer to the airport to board flight for Ahmedabad. Meeting on arrival at Ahmedabad Airport and drive to Dwarka. Check in at hotel on arrival for overnight stay.
Day 16 – At Dwarka (Nageshwar)
Visit Nageshwar temple.
Day 17 – Dwarka / Somnath – Drive 5-6 hours
Morning after breakfast at the hotel drive to Somnath and check in at the hotel. Afternoon visit Somnath temple.
Day 18 – Somnath (Veraval) / Ujjain – Train 1463 – 1015 / 0355 hrs
Morning visit temples again. Later after breakfast transfer to Railway Station to board overnight train for Nashik at 10.15 AM. Overnight on board.
Day 19 – Arrive Ujjain (Mahakaleshwar)
Meeting on arrival and visit The temple of Mahakaleshwar.
Day 20 – Ujjain / Onkareswar / Aurangabad (betweent Indore & Khandawa).
Morning drive to Aurangabad via visiting Onkareshewar Temple.
Day 21 – Onkareshwar / Aurangabad (Girikeshwar)
Grishneshwar is an ancient pilgrimage site revered as the abode of one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Shiva.
Day 22 – Girikeshwar / Nashik (Trayambakeshwar)
Legend says that Bhrama and Vishnu searched in vain to discover the origin of Shiva who manifested himself as a cosmic column of fire.
Day 23 – Nashik / Bhimashankar (95 kms from Pune).
Bhimashankar is more popular as a tourist place than a religious one due to its extravagant beauty and breathtaking scenery. This place is situated at a height of approximately 3250 feet resulting in chilly weather. Being at the edge of the mountain range, the place gives a clear view of the surrounding areas.
Day 24 – Pune / Hyderabad – S2 6804 – 1900 / 2000
Day 25 – At Hyderabad (Mallikarjuna)
The temple situated here is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is among the 12 Jyotirlingas in India. The temple sculptures narrate in stone, epics from thre great Hindu epics-Ramayana and Mahabharata.
Day 26 - Hyderabad
Day 27 – Hyderabad / Kottayam – Train 7230 – dep. 1200 / 1440 hrs + 1
Day 28 – Arrive Kottayam – Madurai
Meeting on arrival at Kottayam Railway Station and proceed to Madurai. Evening attend closing ceremony at Meenakshi temple.
Day 29 – Madurai / Rameshwaram
Morning proceed to Rameshwaram. Check in at the hotel and visit the temple. Overnight at Ramshwaram.
Day 30 – Rameshwaram/Madurai/Trivandrum–Train 6127 – 1540 / 2310 hrs.
Meeting on arrival at Trivandrum Railway station and transfer to the hotel.
Morning tour of Trivandrum city. Evening transfer to the Railway Station to board overnight train for onward destination or fly.
